Visitor Comments: Hi Anita....
I just happened on your site tonight while trying to find a picture of one of my irises--funny how after while we seem to forget what some of them look like after the blooms fall.
I have ended up reading about lots of different irises and your added info on them. And then after reading the last page--saw your name giving credit for the page. You have done a great job setting up your site..it is user friendly (and I am a computer clutz!!) I have enjoyed looking thru everything and now I am very tired and going to bed...but I will be back. Your are a true gem for FSK... wish I lived closer to all of you above Baltimore.

Visitor Comments: About improving the site--first of all, reduce the size of the logo images on the index page. Not the display size, the actual size. It does no good to make a 790 pixel square image appear as if it were 126 by 154 pixels. The viewer's browser is still downloading the large-size image. Many people simply can't be bothered to wait for a total of nearly 500KB of graphics to load. The huge background image! -- 87 kilobytes is at least ten times too much.
Another big problem is that you have no alternative text for the images. If someone turns images off in an effort to load the page in a reasonable time, there are no visible links, no information.
I'm sure that you don't want to turn away potential customers just because they don't have the latest and greatest computer and the fastest internet service.
